Cookie jar

My sister asked for a cookie jar that costs 128 dollars for xmas.

Out of principle I don't want to spend that much money on a cookie jar. The dilemma I am having is she does a lot of nice things for me.

What should I do?

Does she need a cookie? A cookie jar is just a gateway to pallets of cookie dough. If she complains just say you want your sis around for a long time..

buy the jar and call it a day. But if it's ever not on the counter full of cookies when you visit then you have the right to raise hell

Depends on your income honestly. If it is something in your budget do it, if not don't. Christmas should be about doing what you can for the ones around you with the means you have to do it. If 128 is more than you should spend on a cookie jar, I bet she will understand.

I can afford it, but just seems dumb. It's a dope cookie jar though.

You don't have kids yet do you? Wait till you're plopping down hundreds of dollars on a stupid Gerbal that pushes a car and lives in a house.

If this girl doesn't understand this, you really need to reconsider spending the rest of your life with her.

(Just kidding....well, 95% kidding anyway.)

She is slowly understanding. The great thing is she is ambivalent towards sports and doesn't care I Ike them. I said if our anniversary is on bama or Georgia every year u will regret it.
