| Must be something in the air, both my daughter and wife just started their first lessons. We bought her a 3/4 size. My nephew is quite good and has an acoustic Taylor. I have a classical acoustic which uses Nylon strings and it is difficult to play. The Taylor is awesome, even the little 3/4 my daughter has is easier than the classical.
We call my daughter's lessons our retirement plan. The next Taylor Swift
It's fun helping them learn chords. Plan to teach the little one a few old Heavy Metal riffs when she is ready. Nothing like some Rush or AC/DC on acoustic. |

| I own an electric and acoustic. Took lessons for about a year and then lost interest in the lessons. Wasn't doing my weekly work and got lazy. My electric guitar strings have been. broken for over a year. I don't even know how to restring them. |

I'm sure there are plenty of YouTube videos out there. After you do it 3 or 4 times, you'll be able to restring in your sleep.
If you have any desire to pick your axes back up, I recommend getting a tab book of your favorite band. It's a lot easier to learn guitar if you're playing music you like. |

| And I'd recommend getting a string winder. They're like 2 bucks at any music store. |

| Just sold mine the other day. I would love to have the time to invest to become pretty good but I didn't & it was just sitting in the case doing nothing. Invest in new golf clubs now. |
