| I must say, I'm not overly excited about racing tomorrow. Virtually no road saddle time and absolutely no group time this year... I'm going to get deposed in the first 5 laps, probably. I'll work for my buddy Joey for as long as I can. |

| Velo - how steep are the hills in Cades Cove? Wife wants me to ride there with her Saturday morning. Thinking about riding my singlespeed mtn bike cause she will go too slow. |

Probably only four or so spots where a single speed might be an issue. And you might have to wait for her in those areas anyway.
There are a couple steeper descents where signs say you are supposed to walk down the hill.
