Hope the rain stays away today or atleast is gone by seven tonight. I want to try and get a good run in before the weekend.

Took last week off and this week has been pretty inconsistent thus far. The highlight was 8 miles on Thursday but my other 3 runs have been no longer than 4 miles. Everyday I either feel very lethargic or I wait to late in the morning and it's too hot/humid. Gotta get back into a routine.

Only two more weeks of base training then I'm gonna add some speed work but right now, I am nowhere near as fit as I had planned on being.

Ran the Carolina Panthers 5k this morning and I'm lowering my time more and more. Looking to be below 20 mins soon but for now I will take a 22:25 and be happy with it.

Will be headed to play 18 with orange blazer later today if the rain stays away.

22:25 is a great time for a 5k. Congrats on the time. I am kind of in the same boat and would live to be right at 20 mins or less in a 5k. I haven't really been working towards that here lately. I have got to start doing some form of speed training if I ever want to get close to that twenty min mark.

That sucks! Plain and simple. I hate it when it happens with a shirt. I would be really pissed if it happened without one

I don't want to know how you chaffe a nipple without a shirt on.

Going to try and increase my hill running more this week. The neighborhood I have been running in lately has some hills but just outside the neighborhood there are some steep steep hills and I am going to try and use those during my distance runs and afterwards from some hill training. Basically I am going to try and stretch myself to the limits this week.

2.6 last night with hills in the run and then after the run was over. I picked the steepest hill closest to the house and run three quarters of a miles just in hills. My legs are KILLING me today
