I ended up leaving with corral 11 even though I was supposed to be in 7 because I was waiting on a friend. | I see now |

| Exchanged my shoes today for a new pair of Nike Lunar Glide +3 and some new insoles. Ran 4 today and they were very comfortable. Anybody else run in these? |

| I feel like I tore something right below the outside of my knee. After my run last night it started tightening up and now feels sore this morning. Whats the best thing to do? Ice it for a long time? I am supposed to run 3 today and 8 on Sunday. |
