| Ran the hardest 4 miles I've done in a while. Anyone ever run at the Lakeshore Greenway? A very difficult greenway. Fist mile is primarily downhill and the second is nearly all uphill. Did two loops like that. Was able to keep a steady pace the first loop and then fell apart the second. Those hills were killer.

Those hills were killer. | I started out running at Lakeshore. The hills aren't long but they're so steep that they'll absolutely kill your legs and your energy. I eventually just started running out to 1.5 and back so I didn't have to hit that huge hill (more of a vertical wall if you ask me) right after the 1.5 mile marker, :D. |

| | Renaissance Man | 5 mile recovery run with the pooch and my 7 year old on bike tonight. 8:20 pace, not bad when you include a potty break and a couple of delays for my son having an itch or a booger. |

Those hills were killer. | When I run from home, I have to climb one of the biggest peaks in Farragut on the way back. Hills are great for strength and stamina...make the flats and downhills feel like coasting! |

| Track meet yesterday.
I ran the 800meter in 2:29 and the 1600meter in 4:58. I got 7th but there was a ton of good runners.
