| I've done track for 7 years and cross country for 5 so i'm in pretty good shape. We run a lot in basketball too so im constantly running year round. Im hoping to get my mile time sub 4:50 this year and my 5K under 18.

| Vollygirl I ran this morning! It was a brutal course but I finished in 1 hour 40 mins. I was excited to finish. They gave out medals for everyone who finished. It was a pretty cheap medal but it means a lot to me! | |

Congrats to you!!! You did way more than most Chattanoogans did today.

| Weather is nice today. Going on a 4-5 mile run then gonna play some basketball.
I've never run a half marathon in any races, wish I had the motivation.
