not being a doctor i don't understand why anyone who hills people couldn't use this defense.

I love this part "Anybody who allegedly engages in conduct that is completely contradictory to his lifestyle and military career." Whaaa? everything i've read about his lifestyle and military career lead you to believe he could do this.
