i can think of at least a couple of people here who i would pay not to breed. a couple are in this very thread.

they have to spend at least 80 hours a week, changing diapers, feeding, and bringing in income. They must keep their house up as to provide a sanitary work place. oh wait thats parenthood....

There was some guy who offered to pay women to have birth control devices implanted in themselves several years ago. Not sure how it worked out but I am guessing not very well. I really think that the welfare reform passed during the Clinton years, which created a system of diminishing returns for welfare mothers who have large numbers of children, solved alot of the problem in this area. The real problem we have now is that the most educated and skilled members of our society are not reproducing enough. It's Idiocracy come true.
