How to pay for UHC?

According to Garrison Keillor...

Thirty-two percent of the population identifies with the GOP, and if we cut off health care to them, we could probably pay off the deficit in short order.

Keillor is a funny version of Michael Moore. Someone ashamed to admit that it's capitalism that has provided them with a very comfortable life for themselves and their family.
