12,000 since 1998? Damn. That's about 1,100-1,200 per year, which averages out to about 4-6 illegal immigrants per day.

Our government has failed him, just like they are failing all of us.

What he should do is have a crew clean up all that garbage and feces they leave on his property. He should send the bill to the white house and dump all that garbage on Federal land in DC.

The law says otherwise.

I think the government has failed this man, but killing people because they trespass and destroy property is going too far. If they pull a weapon and he feels threatened then he has every right to use deadly force.
