Actually, I thought that he had at least commented on the early situation...didn't he say something along the lines "if you're throwing rockets at my house, endangering my family, yes I would respond"...

...wasn't that posted in one of these threads? Still - you're point is valid...very quiet....which is probably the right thing as long as he is staying very informed of the situation and is trying to make sure he is ready to deal with it....(if anyone ever really is...)

I think he realizes if he steps in this at the wrong time it could set a terrible tone for the first year of his presidency.

Some urge that the Israelis did this now because they figured that GWB would be less apt to criticize them than BO. If so, then BO is doing exactly what they would have hoped, which is keeping his nose out of it until he is sworn in.

Hard to see Republican, neocon, or Bush supporters in general criticizing BO for his declining to get involved in this. In fact, I seem to recall some on this board complaining a few weeks ago when they thought BO was jumping in on some controversies too early.

Besides being clueless, why do you continue to use Obama's middle name when speaking of him? If you consider yourself a patriot in any form or fashion, then this totally contradicts your so-called right wing beliefs.
