| I'll bite....you assume that answering yes to question 61 would disqualify a candidate...instead, I would imagine the administration would like to know the answers to these questions so that they aren't surprised at a later time...

| Looks to me like a questionnaire looking for full disclosure. Makes sense to me. Obviously answers to questions will bear on whether you are appointed/hired or not, but it doesn't indicate that a certain answer 'disqualifies' you for a position. | |
