| Sarah Palin=Ronald Reagan What a performance! I remember the Reagan/Carter & Reagan/Mondale debates. Palin has that same ability to connect with the average "Joe" that the Gipper did. While the lawyer(Biden) was spewing his redundant attacks on Bush/Cheney past, Sarah was offering hope for the average family for the future.
Too bad she's not the head of the ticket. Don't know if the McCain can overcome the present turmoil inthe financial sector. |

This is what made Harry Truman so popular. Would Truman won a debate with Biden? No, but he was a hell of a vice president/president. |
