| govenor Palin's speech
listening to the governors speech. she's seem pretty sharp. her oldest son join the Army last year. it's going to be a heck of a campaign.

| She laid the "woman power" stuff on pretty thick...made sure to mention the great strides that Hillary Clinton has made for women in politics....Hillary supporters will like that. | |

| This lets McCain get his "maverick" label without P.O.ing the conservatives too much.

it was republicans who nominated the 1st black supreme court justic, 1st black secretary of state, 1st black woman secretary of state and now the first woman to become vice pres will be a republican. | |

He can't and won't win without them. I think most conservatives will like this choice, however.

Point out that he wants to drill, appoint Surpreme Court nominees who actually read the Constitution, and wants a string defense and he'll be ok.
