| He was a great guy and a lot fairer to his political enemies than they were to him.
RIP Tony.
something I didn't know until I read an AP story about him was that he was born in Berea, KY. I went to college there.

| Yeah, I thought he was doing better as well. He was a great Press Secretary (fun to watch hime give the media libs a hard time) and I enjoyed him on Fox too. Sad to hear. R.I.P.

| I used to listen to his radio show before he quit to be Press Secretary. He seemed too nice to be on radio.
Sad, he mother also died from colon cancer at 38, when he was 17.

Like many alums there, we might disagree with his politics, but we respect his intellect and fairness and common respect for others. He did a lot for Davidson and was proud to call it his alma mater.
Any conservative who goes on the Daily Show deserves props.
RIP.
BTW, one of my favorite restaurants is in Berea - Boone Tavern. I haven't been there in 15+ years, but we used to hit it on the way to see my brother in college in Ohio. Loved that place. |
