the democrats want to nationalize oil. instead of drilling for more oil and lowering the prices, they would rather control everything. this is so scary. how anyone would want to vote for a bunch of socialists is beyond me. |

| | Time To Grind | Yeah, they want to control the oil, but they don't want to drill for it. |

| | VN conasewer | That is pretty funny. Please spend your money on finding, drilling and delivering the oil and we'll take it from there. Seriously, if they're going to nationalize why stop at just the refineries? I just know the US gov't is efficient enough to give us a product just as good at a cheaper price.
People begging for CHANGE are about to get it and it's gonna hurt. Vaseline is a petroleum product too so they'll control that and don't think you're getting any. |

| | How uwe doo-in?!? | Gas, the tanking economy, and the increasing price of Tennessee Football tickets are all due to the Bush administration. Don't you read the news. |

(if we elect obama, we are screwed in so many ways). | What are we now? The economy is awful and people are losing their houses left and right and you complain about a guy who is not even in office yet. |

We have fared better in this recession than in either of the previous two. Your perception of it is shaped by the media and they are blowing it out of proportion. They use lead ins like "never since the depression" and too many buy it. It is not all doom and gloom. The economy is doing well during this recession, especially considering the current rate of gas prices. |

Every time someone calls Bush out the pat response is "So Bush is responsible for????????" If he had 0 to do with it then why do we all have a check for 600.? |

Look at the total percentage numbers of foreclosures. Those that are being foreclosed on would have happened anyway, they had more house than they could afford. The market is correcting itself. This is largely to blame on lenders like Country Wide, oh, didn't Obama have an executive of theirs as one of his advisers? Hmmmmm |

Does that sound like a good idea to you considering we are at war and that Iran and others want us dead?
Also what do you think about his party not letting us search and drill for more oil here? hmmm...if they would like to help us why don't they let us drill here.
I guess what I'm asking you FV is what is it that you see in him? Just wanting to get your point of view | Mania We alreay have enough Nukes to blow the world up 1025 times do you really think if we dont develope more missles we will be over run by AK47 toting thugs? |
