| I don't know how reasonable he is telling private businesses how they can go about their business. (ie the smoking ban)
he's also suing out of state gun dealers for crimes committed in NYC.

Ohio went to it and I do have to say that I love going out and not have to worry about going into a smokehouse. On the other hand, I have my worries because why in the world does the government have the right to tell a private business owner what they can or cannot do in their establishment. I am torn on the smoking stuff..... I benefit from it but as a matter of freedom, is it a correct choice?
