| Charles Rangel probably thinks so since in his view all the troops are disadvantaged and predominantly AA.

In fact, I would say I know men/women who are voting for just about EVERY candidate
Fact is, everyone has their own choices and views.

That said, most military people will not be voting in the primaries since they have more pressing issues right now. | |

It seems to happen a lot around here....
