Two things to be nervous about in D.C., persons familiar with the matter and persons with knowledge of the matter.

lying under oath to the FBI 3 times. leaking information.

We've been told these are serious crimes - time to pay the piper.

The disclosure of which McCabe was accused of authorizing came in October 2016, around the time Comey would announce the FBI was resuming its probe of Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server. At the time, Devlin Barrett — then a reporter at the Wall Street Journal — was preparing a story on the bureau’s handling of that case and another investigation into the Clinton family foundation. McCabe felt the story would portray him and the FBI unfairly, so he authorized two other FBI officials to give Barrett his account. Barrett now works for The Washington Post.
Background conversations with reporters in Washington are commonplace, and McCabe had the authority, as the FBI’s deputy director, to authorize them. But the inspector general came to conclude he was acting out of self interest, and that violated FBI policy.

Maybe he will get a plea deal and start cooperating.

my understanding is that when he was ask under oath about the "leak" he lied about it. Seems he should of simply said he couldn't answer the question in an open hearing.

Got caught between the secrecy of the job and transparency required of the inquire.

Comey has already said he didn't recommend charges.

Let’s hope so. Please let McCabe take others down with him. 😂😂😂

Just a moment...

Fox News reporter Adam Housley reported on Twitter tonight about the firing of FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, stating his sources were telling him that in the past few days McCabe threatened to “take people down with him” if he was fired. Housley also reported that the Inspector General-Office of Professional Responsibility report had uncovered “tons of stuff” on McCabe unrelated to the Trump investigation and that McCabe’s firing was a morale boost to FBI agents

Wonder if that Congressman still wants McCabe as a part of his staff just to let him finish his retirement?

Trump has nothing to do with Russian attempts at interfering in the election but that hasn't stopped you and most of the Dem party from claiming he did.

Trump owes Putin. Bigly.

It's painfully obvious.

The only question is, for what? Hookers? Facebook stories? Money ?

Grow up. There's a reason Trump is acting the way he does.

And how's he acting?

Guilty.
Worried.
Afraid.
Conflicted.
Lies a lot.
Torn between loyalty to country and oath, versus self preservation from blackmail.
Protective.
Self-delusion.
Repeating phrases in hopes people will accept it.
Cites support from other, unnamed "and a lot of people say so."
Dodges questions.
Secretive.
Outbursts.
Anger.
Grandiose delusions.
