Per CNN. Mods merge if necessary. Oh boy... hush agreement violating campaign finance laws. Trump also had an alias.

Stormy Daniels sues Trump, says '''hush agreement''' invalid because he never signed - NBC News
I thought the lawyer made the deal and paid her.
Shouldnt he have been the one to sign it?
Parties to the agreement were Trump and Stormy.
Now that Stormy is speaking, we can break out the Etta James: Etta James - Stormy Weather - YouTube
Do you think it's true? That he used a lawyer to make a payment to keep her quiet, using fake names? With the lawyer to be paid back through back channels?
If so, you voted for a felon.

I believe this story 100%. It fits Trumps MO and the smoking gun is irrefutable.
Checking on the potential counts: failure to report, exceeding the cap by 50x and CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY seem likely charges.
Trump and Cohen knowingly and willfully circumvented federal election laws.
"The suit also says that Trump must know that Cohen is trying to silence Clifford, since rules for the New York bar, of which Cohen is a member, require him to keep his client informed at all times. "t strains credulity to conclude that Mr. Cohen is acting on his own accord and without the express approval and knowledge of his client Mr. Trump.""
I don't think the magnitude of this offense has registered yet with people. The intent of Trumps actions was to suppress a huge scandal right before the election. This action, therefore, may have affected the outcome of the election (a 6+ month sexual affair with a porn star while your wife just gave birth to a child doesnt sit well with reasonable conservative voters). Moreover, Trump has committed a FELONY.
Calling it - I believe this event will result in Trump's IMPEACHMENT. It's truly a far greater offense ever committed by Clinton.

The first 100 counts will be about Russian collusion and money laundering. The next 300 will be about criminal incompetence. The last 100 will be morality based.
The Dem House will impeach. When it gets to the Senate, McConnell will just grin... and let them vote their conscience. The 12 Republicans that stick with Trump will lose their next elections.
Muellers likely obstruction charges should be ripe already, but I'm guessing he may hold back for strategic reasons which, obviously, sounds strange, but given Mueller is under a political microscope - I think he would play his cards very slowly and carefully.
Who knows how long the other potential charges will take. **** Mueller's purview keeps expanding as he peels this onion.
The Stormy case though is independent of Mueller. The Paula Jones case v. Clinton established that Trump can be subject to such charges while in office, but the wheels of justice are slow.
Look for Trump to use the John Edwards defense: "Any effort to silence Clifford was meant to keep the story from his family, not the American people."
Given the timing of the payoff, I don't buy it.
"David Dennison" and "Peggy Peterson". The American public is going to hear these names alot during the impeachment process.
