There's overkill and overkill.... this is the latter. Carl's Jr. shoukd ask the city to reconsider the penalty with reason.... if they refuse.... then close them down and sell the real estate.

Another reason, Chaffetz asking for a stipend housing allowance of $2,500/month for members of Congress.

How about we build dorms or condo's (that are easy to secure) and have the builder receive 20 year tax abatement and they can build it for almost free. Charge rent of something ridiculously low. Those who want to live a more lavish existence can pay for their own living situations if they want to live somewhere besides the dorm/condo.

And while on the subject, no more benefits of health insurance and/or any other "special" benefit so that they have to live, now wait for it, like the rest of the country.
