I didn't, but I simply just could not understand with what seemed to be a mountain of evidence, how he could not come up with "intent" in order to prosecute. Then he opens it up again briefly after it's discovered Weiner's devices may contain State Dept/Clinton Foundation emails/data and shuts it down just as fast. Maybe we're learning more now that tells us he shouldn't be in the job.
