They also revealed Monday afternoon that Ryan Bundy had planned an escape from jail. On April 8, Multnomah County sheriff's deputies found in his downtown jail cell a 12 ft. – to 15 ft. long rope of braided, torn bed sheets hidden under his mattress, as well as other torn sheets, extra pillow cases, towels, clothes and unauthorized containers of food from the jail commissary.

Ryan Bundy told deputies that he's a rancher and was practicing braiding rope, Assistant U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Barrow said Monday. In court, Ryan called the sheriff's deputies account "untrue.''
Jones found Ryan Bundy posed some risk of flight if he were to be released.

He's also a welder and a gravedigger which explains the blow torch and tunnel in his cell.

One of those cases of domestic violence was cleared by federal judges as justified.

Jesus, this domestic terrorism gets thrown around too much. The other two events were stopping a veteran from being disarmed, and then meeting with the Bundys before the shootout.

He can be in the wrong on this stuff. And still get kicked out. But this does not sound like any domestic terrorism.
If the D's and R's are on the same page and it was sent to the DOJ, it's probably worse than what the article states. "found that he trained young people to fight a “holy war," condoned intimidating opponents and promoted militia training by the Patriot Movement for possible armed conflict with law enforcement. "

I agree it's bad. It's just not terrorism in my book.

We have talked about numerous cases of individuals doing similar things in this forum, and none would be terrorism. Kathy Griffith, nope. The chick sucking dicks for punching Trump supporters on camera. Any of the candidates supporting Antifa and their actions.

Like I said I read this and said it's bad, good he is gone. But nothing says terrorism to me.

Trained, condoned, and promoted doesn't sound like criminal acts.

Idaho suspect in shootout, pursuit ID'd as Ammon Bundy ally

Idaho State Police has identified a man injured during a police pursuit and shootout in northern Idaho on Saturday.
The events unfolded after an attempted traffic stop for an apparent equipment violation.
The Lewiston Tribune reported that 52-year-old Sean L. Anderson of Riggins was identified Monday. He was a participant in the 41-day armed occupation in 2016 at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in Burns, Oregon.

Stupid anti mask morons.

The Caldwell School District shut down a football game against Emmett High School on Friday night after Ammon Bundy refused to wear a mask — and multiple unidentified callers made threats to the school over the situation.
District rules require parents and fans — only a limited number can attend each game — to wear masks and follow social distancing, according to Marisela Pesina, the chair of the Caldwell School Board.
Bundy, who appeared at the Friday night contest without a mask, refused to wear a mask or leave Caldwell High property. He may face criminal charges for trespassing, according to Caldwell Police Department spokesman Joey Hoadley.
“A small group of visitors refused to follow the safety requirements, including wearing face coverings, and were denied admittance to the game,” district spokeswoman Allison Westfall wrote in an email to parents that was also provided to the Idaho Statesman. “They were told they could watch from Brothers Park. Instead, they continued to loiter on the property and became disruptive.”
