Someone should start making the yard signs and buttons now!

It's a nightmare scenario for Republicans, but conservative billionaire Charles Koch says "it's possible" Hillary Clinton could make a better president than the remaining candidates in the GOP primary.

Koch, one of the most influential and controversial forces in Republican politics, said in an exclusive interview with ABC News to air Sunday on "This Week" that he believed Bill Clinton was a better president "in some ways" than George W. Bush.

"In other ways, I mean [Clinton] wasn't an exemplar. But as far as the growth of government, the increase in spending," Koch said. "It was 2.5 times [more] under Bush than it was under Clinton."

Wunner if Koch has an ulterior motive. Something against Trump. I don't know we'll ever know what is really happening. OR..could be something he wanted, Trump wouldn't give, but The Great Political Whore will.

By the way. Kochs ARE NOT for the Hildabeast. He said and I quote, "Her actions would have to be quite different than her rhetoric".

Misleading and incorrect thread title.

I think the Kochs actually care about America and genuinely think she may be the least bad candidate.

I didn't say they endorsed them..it was a play on words like Cocks for Hillary..since she is genuinely not interested in them and they are definitely not uplifted for her :)

The Koch brothers know where to put their money to the best use so it will benefit them in the long run. Trump won't be as likely to be their puppet.

Exactly. They are really thinking "We've got a great scam going, and the last thing we need is somebody who doesn't know and who doesn't play the system coming along and screwing it up."

I want one of these Mitt Romney/John McCain/Ted Cruz voters on here to stand up and explain why the GOP isn't as big of a joke as the democratic party.

Sorry I stopped reading when you typed the word neo-con

Neoconservatism (commonly shortened to neocon) is a political movement born in the United States during the 1960s among Democrats who became disenchanted with the party's domestic and especially foreign policy

The term "neoconservative" was popularized in the United States during 1973 by Socialist leader Michael Harrington, who used the term to define Daniel Bell, Daniel Patrick Moynihan, and Irving Kristol, whose ideologies differed from Harrington's.[12]

Only because the Democratic Party is more interested in placating freaks and misfits, and enabling lazy people to sit on their asses......and I'm not a neocon.

It's pretty obvious at this point that politicians at this level simply redirect the economy or government resources to help their friends and supporters. The parties pretend to differ on social issues, but meh, that stuff moves pretty slowly and it's not that meaningful anyway.

Maybe the Koch's should back Newt Gingrich to be Hillary's VP - Gingrich certainly helped Bill Clinton's legacy.

Huff likes the Kochs

IDK enough to say i like them, but they are pro business and pro marijuana/marriage equality. No idea why liberals make them public enemy #1. They hardly represent the bad side of the right wing.

To me they are like Carnegie, Rockefeller, Ford..and the rest of the "Men Who Built America" they have done some ruthless things in business but they have also done a lot of good with their charities
