China is establishing its first military base in Africa in the country of Djibouti which is on the Horn of Africa.
Djibouti is also home to Camp Lemonnier which is the headquarters for Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa of the U.S. Africa Command.

i just wander if its sustainable for them. and its a little strange that they pick the same flyspeck country that we were operating from. But i know next to nothing about Africa so I guess they are just more friendly and stable than other places.
