No. Not dumb, at least when it comes to business. But a general scum bag when it comes to everything.

There's no denying. Sometimes it just pays (quite literally) to be scum. Politicians know this as well.

Amen! He is a promoter. Like Don King. Instead of promoting boxing events, he promotes his own name. Very important for him to do because he makes so much money from licensing the name Trump. His Art of the Deal book explained his philosophy of press. ..there is no such thing as bad press
