Sober drivers kill far more people than drunk drivers. Just pointing it out.

Remove their driving privileges. That'll stop them from driving.....

This won't stop anyone from drinking.

I'm in. One DUI can't buy booze for a year. Two you can't buy for 3 years. 3, we let 8188's rules take effect.

Can only be enforced in states that require an ID for all booze. OH doesn't ask for one at all unless you look too young (under 30 or some crap).
