Heh... So your point is that people kill each other with guns, whether they're banned or not, huh? DC and Maryland are two of the strictest gun control states in the nation, and mop up the bottom of the barrel.

So, your point is that gun control does not impact gun-related murders. It's nice that we all concur.

Odd that I get my numbers from the same place as you, but you want to use the percentage numbers because it makes it look worse.

Very liberal of you.

Gun control doesn't work as evidenced by KK's stats. Nuff said.

He proved our point without realizing it. Some states with lax gun laws have very low murder rates, and some states with lax gun laws have high murder rates. Some states with strict gun laws have low murder rates and some states with strict gun laws have high murder rates.

Pretty much sums up the argument pro-gunners have been trying to explain ad nauseam. Now if we could just ban people rather than inanimate objects.......

Don't feed the libs. They've been trying to ban people for generations.

Youre right. Lets just hand out free guns for everyone. That would solve everything. If there's a problem - just shoot it out.

Only if we train them to shoot it properly.

How does it feel to be afraid of an inanimate object? If you see one on a table do you run the other direction in fear it may discharge sitting there?

I would seriously be in trouble. It would create a very dangerous crossfire in my house.

I actually own a gun. But ive never fired it. Dont even have any ammo for it. Its just a family heirloom, it was my grandfathers.

Im not afraid of guns, I'm afraid of nutjobs with guns. There is no feasible way to weed out the nutjobs, so everyone loses.

I'll give you $50 for it since I wouldn't want it falling into the hands of a nutjob or anything.
