Inadequate contract files. Yep, Hillary Clinton in there every weekend doing filling, so its her fault.

Kinda like the same way that Cheney continues to get blamed for the no bid contracts?

That's because Cheney personally pushed for the war and then personally saw to it that there were such contracts in order to enrich himself, his friends, and business partners.

Captain of the ship is responsible for everything their crew does or does not do.

Unless it's the SS Democrat of course.

Since they lost $6B they've figured to go get those people that owe back taxes from their parents children that had nothing to do with it.....lol.

I've always been a fan of Harry S. Truman. You know, the Democrat that had a plague on his desk that read, "The Buck Stops Here".

Did you even read the article?

“In the case of work undertaken by OIG’s Office of Investigations, one investigation revealed that a contract file did not contain documentation reflecting that modifications and task orders were awarded to the company owned by the spouse of a contractor employee performing as a Contract Specialist for the contract,” the report states.

The contract in question was worth $52 million.

Too bad that was the last democrat who subscribed to that philosophy..

No, it's generally a new thing. Kennedy, Johnson and Carter all took the blame when it was to be had.

Clinton...more or less. There wasn't a constant deflection of blame like the current Administration. And not having a media that is complicit in covering up everything helped as well.

I mean, we are dealing with Pravda these days
