| It aired last night. NOVA | Building on Ground Zero | PBS
Not sure when it will re-air but the website has some interesting info including the analysis of why the buildings fell.

| I am waiting for Fenian's response to all of this.
I watched the slideshow and it basically reinforced everything I had heard about the reasons the Towers fell: the fireproofing was thrown off of the steel beams.

...but there are always going to be conspiracy kooks who can't get past their dislike for the Bush administration: Fury as academics claim 9/11 was 'inside job' | the Daily Mail
My favorite part is where they claim the twin towers came down due to controlled explsions, and then Tower #7 had to be destroyed to eliminate the evidence of a "clandestine CIA office". |

My favorite part is where they claim the twin towers came down due to controlled explsions, and then Tower #7 had to be destroyed to eliminate the evidence of a "clandestine CIA office". | I didn't read the article, but I was wondering: If our Republicans (who are pro big business) conspired to attack the US and frame a foreign entity for the attack (W already had a personal vendetta against Hussein,) then don't you think they would come up with a plan that wouldn't destroy the Airline industry and the economy and that would positively link the attack to Iraq???
Maybe hit a less financial center of the world than NYC? There are other large cities with large buildings out there: LA and San Fran (also two cities that are centers for Republican opposition.)
Maybe do it with something other than an airplane? A collection of white panel vans loaded with chemical explosives would surely bring a building down.
Maybe do it with an actual Iraqi National or a terrorist from an obviously Iraq based terror group? Hussein had publicy awarded families of Hamas suicide bombers...
I know if I was behind a conspiracy that would allow me to go to war with another country, every last detail would be flawless. The connection and the case for war would be proof positive.

Their all bloody rich now and living in the carribean. Their clones are the ones working in DC.
It's all very easily explained...

| Not enough Volinbham. Come on, every good liberal knows that a lot of money is never enough. The immediate payoff from the stock sell might have garnered some big personal profits, however, in the conservative game of greed, enough is never enough.

They used the money to develop a "hurricane machine" that they launched on New Orleans primarily aimed at punishing the poor and minorities.
Part of this plan was to capture lucrative gaming territory along the coast, the other part was just to mess with the poor.

| Now I can see Ralph Reed and Jack Abramoff selling their souls to the Devil or actually buying a machine like this to hit the gaming industry..... |
