A Review of President Obama’s Middle-East Policies | danmillerinpanama

President Obama has been doing exactly that for the Great Religion of Peace and many of his friends and supporters have been doing the same -- just as many of FDR's friends and supporters argued in the 1930's that Nazism and Fascism were socially beneficial.

RubinReports: One Thousand and One Articles Later: Why Obama Should be Voted Out of Office Today

None of this was done due to ideology--I'm not a conservative--or partisanship--I'm not a Republican--but out of a deep-seated belief that his policy in the Middle East is terribly dangerous because it nurtures the worst forces that want to seize power, create dictatorships, oppress women, terrorize Christians, commit genocide against Jews, set their countries for decades on a course of war and repression, and do everything they can to destroy U.S. interests.

Imagine a U.S. president in the 1930s or early 1940s helping fascists get into power and whitewashing their ideology and behavior. Imagine a U.S. president who in the 1950s or 1960s did the same for Communists. How would you feel about such a person and his effect on the world? Recently several readers have written me that they will be voting for Obama because they believe that he has learned his lesson, is a true friend of Israel, hasn't done harm because he had no control over events. I can understand how people might say such things but not after they've read what I've written about these matters.

Obama's Mideast policy has been on par with our spectacular Mideast policies of the past 60 years.

There's certainly a lot of truth to what you say but things have turned considerably worse with Obama.

(IBD) October Suppress: In-the-tank Media Gave 'Pathetic' Benghazi Coverage 2 Aid Obama - True Conservatives on Twitter

Call it the "October Suppress" as the so-called "mainstream" media provided less coverage to the current president's bungling of and lying about Benghazi than they did to another president's decades-old DUI arrest.

Last Friday, Pulitzer Prize-winning former New York Times reporter Judith Miller and Kirsten Powers, a Daily Beast columnist, appeared on Fox News' "Happening Now" program to justifiably bash the mainstream media and its orchestrated suppression of coverage of the terrorist attack in Benghazi.

Neither is a charter member of the "vast right-wing conspiracy," but both roundly condemned the shameful and politically motivated actions of their colleagues. Miller called them "co-conspirators" in a Benghazi cover-up, and Powers said the "mainstream media is pathetic" and "carrying water for the administration."

They are right and just one example is what happened on all the Sunday talk shows on Oct. 28. When the Benghazi attack was brought up by a guest, the moderator quickly changed the subject.

When Newt Gingrich raised Benghazi on ABC's "This Week," host George Stephanopoulos quickly moved on to another topic. Also running interference for Team Obama was NBC's David Gregory who cut off GOP panelist Carly Fiorina while promising to "get to that a little later," which he never did.

On CNN's "State of the Union," Candy Crowley, who aided President Obama in the second presidential debate by wrongly telling Mitt Romney that Obama called Benghazi a terrorist attack from day one, sloughed off attempts by two GOP officials to bring up Benghazi.

Folks like ABC's Rick Klein explain away the Benghazi non-coverage by saying it's because GOP nominee Mitt Romney did not make much of an issue of it, particularly during the presidential debates. If he had spoken out about it, he would have covered it.

Yet witness what happened in the town hall debate when Romney did bring it up. Crowley took Obama's side and argued with Romney as the president looked on approvingly. When Romney condemned our Egyptian embassy's apology for the video the administration used as an excuse for weeks after the attack, he was condemned for politicizing the issue, the media spending more time on his comments than the terrorist attack.

A prime example of why Crowley was wrong:

CBS Hides Obama Refusal To Call Benghazi A Terrorist Attack - Investors.com

Today the Egyptian wanna be film maker who was arrested in the middle of the night by federal agents and held without bail, will get a hearing on whether he violated terms of his probation on fraud and funneling money to hezbollah is guilty or not.

Obama sucks like a vacuum cleaner & he won't be any better for the country of what he's done in 4 years. He lies constantly to the American people on all things. All he cares about is hobnobbing with his celebrity friends & looking cool playing golf.

Well let's forget his late night one on one Reggie Love basketball basketball games.

What's he pay Reggie Love, isn't it about $125,000 a year? What's he call Reggie, the basketbally czar?

Then too, he likes to send Michelle and her mom on $10,000,000 vacations every other month.
