2. Philosophy Ph.D. programs are free.
3. I already have an accounting degree to fall back on if I do not get hired on as a professor.
4. I have plenty of years of leadership and management experience in high stress situations (combat as an infantry officer) on my resume.
What have you done with your life?

you do understand that accounting degree would require you to get a job in the real world where you would have to be accountable.
of course I understand that being a philosophy professor would be the easier job to BS your way to tenure. |
