Obama has touted "Moslems" as tolerant?
Quotes by Barack Hussein "Barry Soetoro" Obamba:
"Islam has always been part of America"
Say what? Since when?
"We will encourage more Americans to study in Muslim
communities"
And what should we hope to learn other than Islamic
jihad?
"These rituals remind us of the principles that we hold
in common, and Islam’s role in advancing justice,
progress, tolerance, and the dignity of all human
beings."
Is there any fool on this board who actually believes
such nonsense?? Step up and be identified.
"So I have known Islam on three continents before
coming to the region where it was first revealed"
Muhammed the illiterate thought the dreams he
experienced during (probably epileptic as with Ceasar)
siezures were brought on by demons but his wife
convinced him it came from God. (something she
no doubt later regretted.)
"Ramadan is a celebration of a faith known for great
diversity and racial equality"
Yeah right, the same word in Arabic is used to describe
slaves and black people and moslems have taken and
continue to take more black African slaves than all the
rest of the world put together, not that they didn't
take millions of slaves from Europe and India also.
"As a young man, I worked in Chicago communities
where many found dignity and peace in their Muslim
faith."
Needless to say he also found racial hatred.
"That experience guides my conviction that partnership
between America and Islam must be based on what
Islam is, not what it isn't. And I consider it part of my
responsibility as president of the United States to fight
against negative stereotypes of Islam wherever they
appear."
Nuance that!
"I also know that Islam has always been a part of
America's story."
Except that he leaves out Thomas Jefferson's concept
of islam.
"Whatever we once were, we are no longer a Christian
nation"
I doubt that but admit he may be right, too bad for us.
"We do not consider ourselves a Christian nation."
I do but then I am old school and subject to a lot of
fluff flack from other frivilous posters.
On Obama's support for civil unions for gay couples:
"If people find that controversial then I would just
refer them to the Sermon on the Mount."
The Sermon on the Mount is one of my favorite
passages, how he can come up with the conjecture
that it condones homosexuality is beyond me, perhaps
someone can enlighten me on that.
No doubt there is one poster who will try.
I stand patiently waiting to hear such knowledge.
Golda Meir;
“There is no such thing as the Palestinians.”
