This is just the latest example. Watch his show and you'd want to blow your brains out.

He questions Herman Cain's support of the civil rights movement and then accuses him of being a draft dodger. He doesn't even know the man and he relentlessly attacks his character

and doesn't even bat an eye... like a ****ing lefty robot donning a tin-foil hat.

I really dislike O'Donnell, as well. Stylistically, his anger is contrived and a little unnerving. Material-wise, he really reaches a lot, imo.

Embarrassingly so. I think both sides have those types, but it's terrible they get face time on networks like this.

I keep saying this, but they are going about tripping up Herman Cain all wrong. He'll gladly sit there and volley back and forth on controversial things he's said. He's spent thousands of hours as Neal Boortz's understudy. It's what he's comfortable doing.

I could do without him if Fox would dump Hannity.

I would gladly make that deal. Hannity was OK in the Crossfire type format with Colmes, but he's unbearable by himself. I've heard Hannity since his early days on Atlanta talk radio. His Rush wannabe act hasn't changed in 20 years and it's like he's not quite glib enough to pull it off.

I completely agree

That was horrible - only got through the Civil Rights part but damn that was bad.

I miss the days when O'Donnell would play fantasy politics each week on the West Wing.

The thing I've noticed with MSNBC is they love to mock Republicans. The repeated snide use of "brainwashed" is typical. Matthews and Maddow use this tactic too.

If you can't argue substance with your rival, simply call them crazy.

Pretty sure their model was to take the Daily Show, twist the material into something meaner, and stretch it from thirty minutes to 24 hours.

Hell, I'm relatively 'liberal' and I wouldn't watch that channel, save Chris Matthews because it's funny to watch him talk at Tea Partiers (notice I didn't say 'talk with').

In my experience, that tactic has mixed results with women-folk. As it turns out, "calm down," "take a deep breath, and "relax" are not appropriate responses to their irrationality.

It does, but you need to be breaking out your best buttery smooth radio voice and giving them a good back rub. And if that don't work, you done fudged up something good.

Sometimes I'll take Louis C.K.'s advice and just agree with her argument so that i can be on the winning team every once in awhile.

I agree - it's a TDS tactic.

Neither side has substance and both do this, FWIW.

That is true in some cases.

But I would argue that conservatives are forced to argue substance more often, because the lap dog media never forces the liberals to do so.

The problem with both Fox and MSNBC in this regard is that they are preaching to their respective choirs. If their aim is to be persuasive to some undefined middle, then both should be more even keeled in terms of story selection and presentation.

Why? When it boils down to it their no different than politicians. They have bases to cover.

Oh god. His rant about draft dodging was the worst
Posted via VolNation Mobile

During one segment, after O'Donnell besmirched his
guest for not enlisting for military service during the
Vietnam War despite having worked for the Department
of Navy as a ballistics analyst, Cain marvelously
asked, "Do you stay up night to come up with
the wording in these questions or do you have
someone writing them for you?"

Say what you might about Cain, agree or disagree,
Cain is a brilliant man, this is something that can't
be said of O'Donnel by any stretch of the imagination.

Q. Why did Obama never register for the draft?

A. Because he's not a US Citizen... he's a Brit
and never registered..

Lawrence O’Donnell was born November 7, 1951. He was therefore in the 1970 Draft Lottery. His lottery number
was 72.

He would have been drafted were it not for a deferment
or physical impairment (or mental impairment, in his case), since, they got up into the 180’s that year or
at least 125. O'Connel probably had a college deferment.

O’Donnell is a self described socialist (POS .)

Clinton had a deferrment to go to Oxford where he
was dismissed for sexual assault. (being the seriel rapist
that he is.)

MSNBC has eclipsed even ABC and CBS and competes
with CNN as being the most leftist of mouthpieces in
America today, as hard as that may be to grasp.

The one thing leftist lunatics like scumbag O’Donnell
really despise, and what drives them crazy, is an
intelligent, conservative Black man (or woman) who
has dared to leave the “liberal plantation”.
