If you believe half of what you typed above I'd love to sell you some ocean front property I own in Nashville.
Does the evidence matter when you're convicted without trial?

Not that it's really important. The simple fact is that no one was intimidated. There's no evidence to show people really cared how they were dressed or what they were carrying. The vote turn out for that station was uneffected.

Even in the picture people are so fond of posting here with "Duh, Voter Inimidation" tag line, there's a white guy making a call in the background -- obviously, he wasn't scared.

Another video from that day is of two ivy-leaguers who are so intimidated they go up to interview the guys, sort of suggesting that they're scared while not acting that way in the least.
You don't know what you're talking about. They claimed he was a poll observer. Do you know what the responsibilities entailed are? It has nothing to do with providing security.

I'm not known for having positive views on government or lawyers, but I think I'm going to take the word of a government lawyer over yours that the Black Panthers were up to no good in Philadelphia.

Pajamas Media American Hero: Coates Negates a Year of Justice Department Spin on New Black Panther Case

Quote:
In a dramatic hearing in Washington, D.C., Coates simply destroyed the year-long spin from the Justice Department regarding the dismissal. Coates is the former Voting Section chief, and served as lead attorney on the Black Panther case. He has practiced voting rights law longer than any other lawyer at the Justice Department. His testimony today was the worst possible nightmare for the Obama political officials responsible for the dismissal.
-----------------------------------

Coates verified that the DOJ is infested with racially motivated hostility towards equal enforcement of the law. Like me, Coates testified about the history of open and pervasive hostility inside the Voting Section to protecting the rights of white voters. This hostility first emerged in the case against Ike Brown in Noxubee County, Mississippi, going back as far as 2004:
----------------------------------------------

Coates confirmed that senior managers didn’t even want to open the investigation into discrimination against white voters in Noxubee County:
Anyone want to take wagers that the LSM won't avoid this hearing like the plague???

FOX may give it a sound bite, who knows?

There is only one segment of any profession that is less respected than politicians these days and that is media personalities, people just don't even bother to pay any attention to Orwell's (dis) information bureau any more.

That's why they are firing executives right and left but until they start to cover topics that people are interested in instead of being chamber pot carriers for the ruling elite people are going to continue to be tired of their crap!!!

They should be more concerned with being able to accurately count the votes that are cast inside of the polls.

Much more offensive than two black dudes with "batons."

And preventing multiple voting by non existant voters.

The DOJ should be doing it's job period.

Holder's administration of the Justice department isn't just inept and corrupt, it's scandalously shameful.
