Call ACLG a 'black pamper', he often contains leftist crap, any time anyone smells crap, he says it's Bush crap. Roger L. Simon PJM EXCLUSIVE: Congressman Asks Inspector General to Launch Investigation of New Black Panther Case Quote:
A letter from Congressman Frank Wolf (R-VA) to Glenn Fine — inspector general of the U. S. Department of Justice — asking the IG to launch an investigation into the dismissal of U.S. v. New Black Panther Party (has been sent).................
Wolf is the ranking member of the Commerce-Justice-Science Subcommittee of the House Appropriations Committee — the committee that controls appropriations for the Department of Justice. Though a Republican, Wolf is known as a moderate and a firm supporter of the Voting Rights Act.
This is the latest of several letters on the Panther case sent by Wolf to the inspector general and to Attorney General Eric Holder. They have been almost completely ignored.
| Copy of letter follows. |

Posted via VolNation Mobile | Why would an investigation be needed? It is obvious to even those with a rudimentary understanding of law that that case was a no winner, a waste of tax payer dollars. The obvious way to go was civil case where a a decision was won before it was dropped by Obama.
There is a clear distinction between the two and as you are familiar with law it should be obvious, you are just letting your politics get in the way. Allegations were made and instead of championing an investigation into something that at least on the surface is strange, you demonize the whistle blower and attribute motives to all those involved except Obama and his administration. |

| Frankly, I think it's his enablers and water carriers that are lacking the brains. I suspect he's getting almost exactly what he wants.

| I have been listening to some of LG's favorite poeple on the drive home (Hannity, et al) as well as Fox News and it seems that everyone in support of this seems to be using the same argument... since racism is prevelant everywhere then it has to be in the Tea Party as well, therefore these claims are justified.
Makes sense.

Seems like a nut to me.
Doubt anyone takes him the least bit seriously. |

Doubt anyone takes him the least bit seriously. | But if someone of similar nuttiness were found to associate themselves with the TP movement you would take him seriously? In fact, as perhaps being indicative of a large portion of said movement? |
