It is indeed a very interesting political season. The TPers ran him out, just like they did Crist. And Bennet was one of the most conservative members of the Senate!!

Clearly, any hint in your record that you might negotiate with Obama and the Dems is a death warrant in the GOP. There is zero interest in them in bipartisanship.

Yes. They have repeatedly shown it, including in the hc bill.

The TPers are targeting GOP members who reach out to the other side, even a little bit.

What's going to happen is that the right is going to splinter into two parties. Whether its called the "Tea Party" remains to be seen. But clearly, there is evolving an organized anti-minority, gingoistic, international interventionist, Christian-based, Southern Baptist or evangelical type of outfit.

1. BS, the democrats locked the GOP out of negotiations and voted down every GOP amendment. Obama held his roundtable without any intention of giving the GOP any input in the bill.

2. Some RINO's need to retire. Just like your side forced out conservative democrats like Zell Miller.

3. There you go with the intimation that conservatives are racists. It's gotten to the point where the only response is "F-you and the horse you rode in on."

I realize that the truth is ugly and more than a little embarrassing to conservatives, but I was hoping for better than this.

Your braying of "racism" is no different than the wacky right wingers' chant of "communism, socialism!"

do you continue to listen to a broken record?

I've yet to see some proof from you that conservatives are racists. All you provide are anecdotal observations couched in a left-wing agenda.

Really? This silly comment after pretending the HC debacle was collaborative?

No they don't. When you control both houses, and the WH you don't need it. Neither party would. They want to work with the right as much as the right wants to work with them. Very little.

Believing anything else is a fairy tale, that must make you feel better.

The only thing embarrassing is your delusions; the fact you ACTUALLY believe any part of the HC bill was "bi-partisan" is both hilarious and sad at the same time.

Don't fret your silly little self about a few GOPers voted out, worry about a ton of delusional democrats who will be swept out of office come November.

I would love to see one of you so-called liberal progressives even make a feeble attempt to try to explain the wisdom of piling up a national debt that will too large to ever be paid.

The repuplicans have caught on to the mood of the people while the democrats keep telling us how we ought to feel, the dimwitocrats are going to feel like they have hit a brick wall when the vote tallies start coming in.

I beg to differ!

If you don't think Barry is a communist/socislist what do you think he is, a fascist/muslim??

“Today, we need a nation of Minutemen, citizens who are not only prepared to take arms, but citizens who regard the preservation of freedom as the basic purpose of their daily life and who are willing to consciously work and sacrifice for that freedom.” - John F. Kennedy

There is quite a bit of evidence to support claims that Obama is a communist, the claim that the tea party is racist is totally unfounded.

Most if not all Tea Party rallies have black people present and many have black speakers!

A black guy leading a rally in Georgia;

A black lady in Chicago;

Black man in nevada;

Black lady preparing to listen to Sarah Palin speak in Nevada;

Black man speaking in St Louis;

Black lady speaking at Tea Party rally in Albany, NY.;

Another black guy at Tea Party protest;

Bob Parks is a popular speaker at Tea Party rallies;

There are plenty more pictures to rebut the ludicrous KPM (knee pad media) claims of racism.

yeah the parties have really shifted to their extremes...they kind of have been that way for a while though, pretty much this entire decade
