| John McCain and Peter King hate freedom McCain: Faisal Shahzad Should Not Have Been Mirandized - Political Hotsheet - CBS News
Rep. Peter King (N.Y.), the top Republican on the House Homeland Security Committee, is also asking whether Attorney General Eric Holder discussed the treatment of Shahzad with the intelligence community before deciding to arrest him on criminal charges, Politico reports.
"If they believe they got enough from him, how much more should they get? Did they Mirandize him? I know he's an American citizen but still," King said.
So only enact the laws when convenient... this stuff just gets better and better |

Hell, democrats ignored the constitution when passing health care, may as well ignore it when it applies to giving terrorists rights, unless there is doubt about his guilt.

| Peter King doesn't belong in the same sentence with John McCain. McCain is a fraud.

| | VN GURU | I'm okay with him getting read his rights, but I think it's ridiculous to accuse McCain and King of "hating freedom."
