I think they are. Good D, balanced O and a Head Coach that looks to be the real deal, is a good recipe for a football team.

Not always... But usually. However, the solid D is the key factor. Sanchez playing well through their tough games is just a bonus right now. You have to believe that at this moment, the Jets are just as much a contender for the AFC title as anyone else.

they look like a playoff team. i agree sanchez will struggle eventually though i've said for a while now i think he is a future nfl star.

The defense they play will keep them in most games. I don't think they're ready to advance far in the playoffs this season though.

He's looked like a rookie for two weeks now. They just happened to be playing the Titans last week.
