The media has written it to death. Wonderin here tho, why other athletes who have retired and returned IMO never recieved this type of media storm ...like Farve has no right to jerk us around. Seems a little unfair to the man.

It's now official. If watch opening night MNF I'll have to do it on mute. John Madden will take his crush on Favre to a whole other level.

Favre will be wearing Purple and Gold when it is all said and done. If GB keeps him then they lose Rogers and Favre will also be gone in a year or two. So they might as well trade him and get some value out of him while they can. The Packers have made a Circus out of this. They should have worked a trade from the beginning. The Vikings is the only team that Favre would play for other than the Packers and word here is that They were talking to the Vikings to see what they would offer Friday. I feel a trade coming real soon.

Favre over Rogers gives them the best chance at winning period. It's just a matter of Favre has PO'ed an individual in the front office with a huge ego and they've publicly admitted by this corse of action that they'd rather he disappear than win.

Brett Favre is the one who has turned this into a circus.

depends if he regresses to his 06 and 07 form. it's really a no win situation for rodgers unless he goes and destroys it, which seems unlikely for a first year starter.
