Wow.............I'm as big of a mark for Bob Sanders as there is, but this is starting to get old.

Do you still disagree with me that its time to release him?

I agree. I love the guy but my goodness the guy is hurt almost all the time. At some point you just have to say you can't rely on him.

What purpose would that serve? He's being placed on the IR... again. When he's healthy (2010), he'll play and improve the defense dramatically. If the Colts decided to release him, they would still be out the full amount of the contract.

Strongly disagree. A release is not the solution here. However, if this continues, I doubt the Colts will make any attempt to re-sign Bob after his contract is up.

Big blows all around. Let's hope that the bug has passed now.

I would rather pay Bullitt some more $ than pay BS 1 more dime, I know he would still be owed $ but at least we could cut ties with him now and get out of this contract with him. He is a great player but if you include this season he had played about 45 out of 96 regular season games since he has been drafted, that is under 50%.

What makes you believe he will stay healthy in 2010?

And by the way, this is not that big of a lose. The D is used to not having him play.

It would not benefit the Colts one bit to release Bob Sanders. If there's no benefit, why would they do it?

It is a big loss to lose Hagler, Jackson, and Sanders all in one week.

You had to believe this would be a tough game against the Texans today.

Did you hear the stat and see the video earlier about how we always beat them because of turnovers?
