| Jeremy Shockey = D-bag? What is Jeremy Shockey's deal? - NFL Experts Blog - NFL - Yahoo! Sports Quote: According to the Denver Post, the Giants have invited Shockey to attend the Super Bowl. But Shockey has yet to decide whether to accept the invitation.
Let’s repeat that one. Jeremy Shockey, a member of the New York Giants football club, has not yet decided whether he’ll attend the Super Bowl as a member of the team.
Of course, Shockey is slated to attend Terrell Owens’ Super Bowl party on Thursday night as a “confirmed guest,” along with the likes of Tony Romo and Chad Johnson and JaMarcus Russell. | Have you heard this rumor that Shockey isn't going to be with the team for the S-bowl but instead will be attending TO's party in Scottsdale?
If true he should be dumped from the team.

| Heard Chris Mortensen on this issue this morning. He said they were absolutely false rumors. Says Shockey is in Miami rehabbing his injury and will stay there for the SB. |

| It's hard to imagine anyone would do what Shockey was rumored to be doing.

| The going to a party? Yes, that would be unfathomable and I would agree with you.
If he is staying in Miami because he is of no use to the team and doens't feel like travelling through airports and on planes with crutches, I can see that. |

I imagine being at the Super Bowl and not able to play would be extremely unenjoyable for him. |

| Yes, those opportunities are few and far between. Would suck to be injured right now. |

Maybe there was a subconcious 1/2 second look to Shockey before delivering the ball somewhere else.
