ESPN article on Pats' perfection

ESPN.com - E-Ticket: All Too Perfect

The title confused me until I got to the end. Interesting read, and Vol fans will smile when they read the part about the 1939 UT team.

Taken to its logical (and therefore most absurd) extreme, a truly perfect football team would score on every offensive play, surrender zero yards defensively, and never miss an extra point. Even on PlayStation, this is impossible.
I have almost done this on playstation. I have gone undefeated, unscored on, no first downs allowed, 0% pass completions and my total defensive stats were in the negative numbers while I led the NFL in every possible statistical category except interceptions. I averaged over 80 points a game and nearly 900 yards of offense. With Tampa Bay. On Madden 2002.
