3-2 with a win at Lambeau Field. Michael Turner is running like a man possessed and Matt Ryan looks like he actually has a clue. The Falcons might actually have an outside shot at going 9-7 and sneaking into the playoffs.

I'd say Matt Ryan has more than a clue.. Kid's playing dang good and i like it. I looked at their schedule and they have a chance to win 7+ games. I'll admit, i'm on that fairweatherish bandwagon.

I could see them screwing around and beating those teams to be honest.

Although carolina has been playing quite well at times.

I'm sure there are going to be growing pains but Matt Ryan is way ahead of where I imagined that he'd be this early on. He threw the one pick in the end zone today where he held the ball too long, but even that was a spectacular play by the DB.

I had no idea that Ryan was 1) going to play this well and 2) that the Falcons running game would be strong enough to protect him this well.

The addition of Michael Turner was huge, and Jerious Norwood is playing great as well. They are slowly having people step up and becoming playmakers (Roddy White)...

The one thing that nobody is talking about is the job that Mike Smith has done in coaching this team who just one year ago was in utter shambles. I thought the playcalling today was outstanding.

The difference in the whole atmosphere around this team is unbelievable. It's like there's suddenly a professional football organization in town.

What a finish!?!

It is shocking how they have been able to restore this franchise to respectability this fast. Unbelievably, I think this might be a playoff team.

That was one of the best games I can remember at the Dome...Can I just say that I love our coaching and our play calling...Petrino leaving has saved this franchise.

Matt Ryan was studly....big, big, game. Hard to believe he is a rookie.

If they keep winning he'll be ROY.

I love it, love it, love it.

Another thing about Matt Ryan... He's going to make Roddy White a lot of money at the end of the year. Good chemistry there. How long do we have White on contract?

That "muffed punt" call was atrocious....they totally missed it, I am not sure why the NFL just doesnt go to the college system of replays. At least they get the calls right some of the time.
