| If the NFL needs or wants a development league have it here in the states. Have a six team league and play in dome stadiums because of the heat. I bet the stadiums would sell out because football fans are dieing for some action in the summer. Just a thought. |

while it isn't necessarily a development league, it will fill in the gap. think of it as college football where the players are paid (above the table).

| If you click on Universities, there is a picture of Ayres Hall on the Hill. It's a nice idea, but if history is any guide, this league doesn't have much of a chance. |
