He just made a run that will be all over SportsCenter tonight. Hurdled a defender for a nice gain.

He also has 8 carries for 73 rushing yards early in the 3rd quarter. But beyond the stats, everytime he's touched the ball he's been explosive. He's found holes and made great runs.

Alvin is getting better and better every time I see him. Sky is the limit for him. He'll be recognized as one of the best players in the NFL by next year.

He's about to become a household name for sure.

How scary is it that he couldn't break into Bama's rotation?

ItÂ’s pretty crazy but he was in direct competition with an eventual heisman trophy winner. Alvin was talented enough to be a feature back in college. Too bad we didnÂ’t make that happen.

Wtf are you talking about? He left cause he got hurt in camp and then was mad the staff wanted to redshirt him.

Alvin has already proven to be better than any RB Bama has produced under Saban in his first month as a NFL player.

Alabama is not some factory of great NFL players. LSU has more guys in the NFL. Alabama's dominance is more about their depth and the fact Nick Saban is a great coach. Its not because they have all these great NFL players on their team.

I'm pretty sure Bama had the most pro bowlers last year

One year fluke.

LSU has more players in the league. And over the last 5 years its been LSU and Georgia with more pro bowlers.

Alabama is a product of Nick Saban's genius as a coach. Its not because they have better NFL talent.

This New Orleans/Detroit game is starting to look like the Texas A&M/UCLA game from earlier this year. New Orleans was up 45-17 and now its 45-31 with 9 minutes left and Detroit has the ball. Could be an epic finish in this game.

Also good to see JRM starting for the Lions. He's not gonna be a superstar like Kamara but he should be a solid starter in the league.

What makes you believe it's a one year fluke?

D4H is on a fishing for likes campaign. Opening threads like it is going out of style about the same thing. You go D4H, you go.
