Other contracts:

Packers and WR Randall Cobb agree to a 4-year, $40 mil deal.

Chargers and CB Brandon Flowers agree to a 4-year, $36 mil deal.

Saints and RB Mark Ingram agree to a 4-year, $16 mil deal.

Texans and CB Kareem Jackson agree to 4-year, $34 mil deal.
