| Congratulations Arthur Brown Sr. Your son was a 7th draft pick and got a whopping $50,000 signing bonus and $537k/year for 4.
Trent Richardson got $20 million guaranteed for 4 including a $13.7 million signing bonus.
Just thought you would like to know the cost of cowardice and stupidity: about EIGHTEEN MILLION DOLLARS. |

| How much money do you make? I'd trade with Bryce.
Unnecessary. |

| | Here we go again | Its a shame for Bryce Brown. You certainly can't retire comfortably off $537k for 4 years.
$20 million guaranteed and you're good to go (assuming you don't roll with a posse
It is almost 100% certain that Bryce would be in a better position if he'd stayed at Tennessee. |

Unnecessary. | If you had his skills, I'd hope you're smart enough to have done more with it.
Imagine if he's wearing orange this year behind the OLine with 105 combined starts. Top 5 pick guaranteed. |

| BB would be in a better situation, but he wouldn't have Richardson money.
He's making $537K, so he still wins. |

Just thought you would like to know the cost of cowardice and stupidity: about EIGHTEEN MILLION DOLLARS. | The cost isn't $18M, because Bryce Brown isn't Trent Richardson.... |

Seems to me that Bryce Brown is doing ok considering he ran for less than 500 yards in college. I'm hoping he can overcome the family issues and maybe renegotiate next year. Will probably have to be with another team as the Eagles just gave their RB a pretty good extension. |

It is almost 100% certain that Bryce would be in a better position if he'd stayed at Tennessee. | Trent does have two kids and he has an Escalade from college to buy. |

Just thought you would like to know the cost of cowardice and stupidity: about EIGHTEEN MILLION DOLLARS. | I'm a little confused on your math. You say Richardson got $20M + a $13.7M signing bonus. That's $33.7M. Brown got almost $2.2M with his bonus and contract combined. Assuming the two are equal players (which they aren't) I'm not sure how you came up with that $18M figure.
Either way, just let it go. Players transfer all the time when coaching changes take place. Brown came to UT because he wanted to play for Kiffin and a team that was on its way to the top. Once Kiffin left, UT went from a team that was on the rise to a team that was headed nowhere. I can't really fault Brown for recognizing that situation was going to suck and looking for a better option for himself. In hindsight, he might have been better off to have stayed in Knoxville, but who knows. It seemed like Dooley kind of had it in for him from day 1, so things might not have worked out even if he had stayed. |

| Sounds like Bryce Brown is doing fairly well at Eagles training camp. All he has to do is prove himself for a few years and who knows what may happen. See Arian Foster...Foster was 4th string for almost an entire NFL season before injuries elevated him to some playing time.
*edit 1 season not 2 Quote:

Philadelphia Eagles RB Bryce Brown appears to be in the lead over RB Chris Polk for the No. 3 running back job.
