What did Chris Johnson do last year? He looked tentative and scared of contact.

It doesn't go by career achievements, it's what they did last season

So then why was Peyton on the list?

Sitting the bench, he's still a better QB than the majority of the starters in the NFL.

Nope. It's top 100 players of 2012. It's speculative, and it's based on fan voting, it looks like.

So basically, it's a worthless, pointless list.

There are 2 columns, one for fans and I assume the other for the writer(s)

Looks more like it's based on either player voting or some other outside source

For example, Johnson received a fan vote placing him at 61 overall, but he comes in ranked at 100 on the list.

It's players. Fans vote but do not effect the top 100

But it's not based on fans, it's the guys that play the game that vote.

You say its about what they did last year. Johnson played, Peyton didn't, therefore he shouldn't be high on the list according to you.
